Job description

The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, end-to-end lifecycle of contract and field service employees (200+ headcount). The candidate will be responsible for managing 20+ Contract Companies , vendor/agreement management, statutory compliance, training, resource allocation, onboarding and exit management. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role requiring strong coordination with staffing vendors, internal stakeholders, and government/statutory bodies to ensure a compliant, well-managed contract workforce
